For each order placed on our website, you have access to a tracking number that allows you to trackfollow your order. You will receive the link via e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped (please check your spam box). 

In order to guarantee your satisfaction, and ensure you receive your products as soon as possible, we ship your package the day after you place your order on our website. 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay and PayPal. 

If you wish to take advantage of our guarantee, we give you a gift voucher, valid on our entire website for 6 months, for the value of your order. This will allow you to be able to test our other products and continue your hair growth day.

To make a return, the customer must contact Amyla Cosmetics from the CONTACT page of the site to organize the return of the order.

Upon receipt of the returned order, Amyla Cosmetics will contact the customer or, in the case of a refund request, make the necessary refund. 

You must contact the delivery company displayed on the tracking link that you will find on your order. Only they can know when the package was delivered and help you.

Shipping costs are free from $50 of purchases, anywhere in the world.

For orders under $50 :
Delivery to the USA: $5.90 (delivery in 2-6 days)
Delivery to the UK for orders under $50: $6.90 (delivery in 10 to 15 days) 

Our orders are sent by express from our depots in Texas. The delivery time therefore depends on the distance between your address and our warehouse.

Delivery for the USA is approximately 2-6 days.

Delivery for the UK is approximately 10-15 days.

Yes, our products are suitable for all hair types and textures. 

You can visit our website to see the ingredients of each product. We use mainly natural ingredients designed to grow and care for your hair in the best, possible way 

Our products can be used on relaxed hair. Of course, the results are more visible on natural hair, but clients see results on relaxed hair as well. 

Yes, most clients have seen results and improvements with our products, which are suitable for all hair types and textures. The composition of our hair growth products is made to nourish the hair and help it grow faster. However, being as each hair is unique, we cannot guarantee it will work on you. That's why you get your money back if you don't see results after 2 months. 

You can change your monthly product at any time to receive another one next month. Just log in to your account with your login and choose your new subscription, your choice will be taken into account for the next month.  

If you are a subscriber of Amyla club, it’s only you who can unsubscribe or pause your
account from your personal account. Log in to your account, in your account details,
go to "manage my subscription". You will then be able to cancel your
monthly club subscription or pause it.
